Worldwide Shipping & Logistics

Once an artwork has been completed and the creation invoice has been fully settled, we move to the logistics phase.

At this stage, Solaro Art Collection takes care of the entire shipping process on behalf of the client, so that the artwork can be delivered without the client having to manage complex procedures.

How the Process Works

1. The artwork is completed and validated.

2. The creation invoice is settled.

3. We then calculate the exact logistics costs, based on:

   • destination,

   • size and weight of the artwork,

   • transport method,

   • insurance,

   • import duties applicable in the destination country.

4. A separate logistics invoice is issued, covering:

   • international transport,

   • full insurance,

   • import duties and taxes.

Once this invoice is settled, we handle all administrative and logistical steps until the artwork reaches its destination.

Our Role

Solaro Art Collection is not a transport company.
Our role is to create, curate, and distribute art internationally.

For this reason:

• No margin is applied to shipping, insurance, or import duties.

• All logistics costs are charged at cost, exactly as invoiced by our logistics partner.

• Our responsibility is to coordinate everything so the client does not have to deal with customs, paperwork, or intermediaries.

Transparency & Documentation

For full transparency, logistics costs are based on official invoices issued by a globally recognized international logistics company (CEVA Logistics).

When appropriate, these documents may be provided as supporting information, confirming that:

• transport costs are standard,

• no additional fees are applied,

• all procedures are handled in full compliance with international regulations.

Delivery

Depending on the size and weight of the artwork:

• delivery may be made directly to the client’s address, (for artworks up to approximately 2.10 meters in height and up to 5 tons, subject to destination acces conditions.

• or to a port or logistics hub when required by local access conditions.

In all cases, Solaro Art Collection coordinates the process and informs the client in advance of the delivery conditions.
