Payment & Production Process

Commissioned Artworks

All artworks presented by Solaro Art Collection are created on commission and produced exclusively for each client.
Each piece is unique and handcrafted according to the specifications agreed upon at the time of order.

As a result, the production process follows a structured and transparent workflow, outlined below.

1. Order Confirmation

Once the client confirms the artwork (model, dimensions, finish, and general specifications), an official order is issued.

At this stage:

• the artwork is reserved exclusively for the client,

• production planning is initiated with the atelier,

• materials and resources are allocated.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment of the artwork is required prior to the start of production.

This payment confirms:

• the definitive validation of the order,

• authorization to begin the production process,

• commitment to a custom-made, one-of-a-kind artwork.

3. Production Phase

Once production has begun:

• the artwork enters a handcrafted creation process,

• materials are transformed specifically for the client,

• the piece can no longer be reassigned, modified, or resold to another buyer.

Production timelines may vary depending on:

• the size and complexity of the artwork,

• the selected materials,

• current production schedules.

Estimated timelines are communicated prior to production whenever possible.

4. Non-Refundable Policy

As all artworks are custom-made and commissioned specifically for the client, payments are non-refundable once production has started. Production is deemed to have started when the production process is initiated, including preparatory and irreversible steps.

This policy reflects standard practices within the fine art and commissioned artwork industry, where each piece is created uniquely and cannot be returned to inventory.

5. Completion & Logistics Coordination

Once the artwork is completed:

• the client is notified,

• final preparations for transport are initiated.

Shipping, insurance, and import-related costs are handled separately and are organized on behalf of the client for a smooth and secure delivery.

Solaro Art Collection does not apply any margin on logistics services.
All transport-related costs correspond strictly to the fees invoiced by professional international logistics partners.

6. Transparency & Client Support

Throughout the process:

• the client is kept informed at key stages,

• all procedures are handled with discretion and professionalism,

• administrative and logistical coordination is managed to ensure a seamless experience.

Our role is to create, curate, and distribute art, allowing clients to focus solely on the enjoyment and acquisition of exceptional works.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming an order with Solaro Art Collection, the client acknowledges and accepts:

• the commissioned nature of the artwork,

• the production and payment process outlined above,

• the non-refundable policy once production has begun.

Production timelines vary depending on the type of artwork, dimensions, and level of detail. Every piece requires careful sculpting, finishing, and quality control to ensure authenticity, durability, and artistic integrity.
